Italian Style Summer Squash

Olive Oil
2-3 cloves garlic, diced
Handful of fresh basil leaves,
chopped
2 summer squash, chopped
2 zucchini, chopped
Parmesan
Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sauté garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes. Add squash and zucchini. Sauté until
vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve
squash over pasta and sprinkle with basil and cheese.
