SPRING RADISH
SPREAD
Farmer’s Market Cookbook
1 8-ounce package cream cheese,
softened
½ tsp. Salt
1-2 tbsp. Prepared horseradish,
drained
1 tbsp. Chopped fresh dill
1 cup finely chopped radishes
crackers or French bread
1 tbsp. Chopped chives, green
onions, or garlic scapes
Mix all ingredients except crackers in medium bowl.
Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours. Serve with crackers or crusty French bread.
Makes about 2 cups.
