Adrienne Altstatt - Farm Manager
Adrienne Altstatt has been the Farm Manager at the Red Wiggler Community Farm since 2005. Originally from the suburbs of Minneapolis/St. Paul; she graduated from the College of St. Benedict with a degree in Elementary Education. After college she did AmeriCorps work in rural Washington state and Washington, DC, she also traveled to Spain and Hawai’i doing WWOOF-ing (Willing Workers of Organic Farmers). While in Hawai’i she got an internship at Hedgerow Farm in Boulder, Colorado. At Hedgerow Farm she found her true passion—farming. She spent the next year and half year farming and substitute teaching before finding Red Wiggler. She is happy to be here and looks forward to the adventures the season will bring.
