Beth Van Leer - Opperations Manager
Beth Van Leer manages day to day opperations, writting grants, reporting on outcomes to stakeholders, general book keeping and when time allows she leads tours of the farm to groups. Beth has been working at Red Wiggler since 2001. Beth has a passion for sustainable farming and wetland preservation and issues that effect the Chesapeake Bay. She is a Certified Weed Warrior by the County Park System. She received her degree in Sociology from McDaniel College, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Departmental Honors.
